Property Rights Day at the Capital will be a gathering of citizens, lobbyist and legislators with the sole purpose of encouraging legislators to improve the current state of Eminent Domain laws in Missouri. This broad-based effort is design to support legislation and other endeavors to ensure that citizens of Missouri are safe from the use of Eminent Domain for private development and profit.
The Citizens Coalition To Fight Eminent Domain Abuse is providing a bus that will leave from 2953 Martin Luther King Drive at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday (January 25) and will return around 4:30 p.m. The cost of the trip is $15.
