Webster Groves Christian Church and Westborough Country Club in Kirkwood have partnered to host a golf tournament to benefit St. Louis County homeless. The First Charity Golf Outing for Room at the Inn will be held Monday, Oct. 6. Room at the Inn is a shelter for homeless women and families in St. Louis County. Room at the Inn partners with nearly 60 interfaith congregations to provide 24-hour emergency shelter for women and families. Up to half of its clients are children
Registration is 10 a.m., with sponsored lunch at 11 a.m. and shotgun start at noon at Westborough Country Club, 631 South Berry Rd. Tickets are $150 per player. To purchase tickets, contact Colleen Price at 314-209-9181 or cprice@lpp-room.org.
