Steven L. Harmon, vice president and chief human resources officer at Affinia Healthcare, has been appointed a St. Louis County Municipal Court judge.
County Executive Sam Page appointed Harmon, who will continue in his position at Affinia. Harmon has more than 20 years of experience in the justice system as an attorney and law enforcement commander.
St. Louis County municipal judges oversee ordinance violations, issue warrants, schedule trial dates and ensure due process.
