Last Wednesday, March 2, Steve Roberts, vice president of Roberts’ Brothers Companies, spoke at a ribbon cutting ceremony for Roberts Lofts on the Plaza. This $27 million development project converted the former Board of Education building at 911 Locust St. into luxury lofts. Roberts Lofts on the Plaza consists of 47 luxury apartments located in a seven-story Neo Classical Romanesque Revival building with Art Deco interior finishes.
