St. Louis Circuit Judge Michael W. Noble has been unanimously elected presiding judge of the 22nd Judicial Circuit. His two-year term begins in January 2027.
Noble said his priorities include increasing jury participation, improving civic engagement and helping residents understand Missouri’s Nonpartisan Court Plan for selecting judges.
Noble was appointed circuit judge in 2015 after serving two years as an associate circuit judge. He previously served as the circuit’s drug court commissioner and worked as a patent agent, attorney, public defender and U.S. Army field artillery officer.
