The new vice president of The Missouri Bar is Charlie J. Harris, Jr., a partner in the Kansas City law firm of Berkowitz, Oliver, Williams, Shaw & Eisenbrandt, L.L.P. He received his legal education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and has served on the Board of Governors since 1999.
