Dr. Latonia Collins Smith honored by HBCU Campaign Fund

Dr. Latonia Collins Smith has been honored as a member of the 2025 Ten Most Dominant HBCU Leaders class by the HBCU Campaign Fund.

With more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience and an extensive administrative and program development background, Collins Smith was named the 21st president of Harris-Stowe on March 1, 2022.

Collins Smith was named the 2022 St. Louis American Foundation Stellar Performer in Education an In 2023, she was awarded the St. Louis University School of Education Dean’s Award.
