Judge Renée D. Hardin-Tammons has been elected chief judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, by unanimous vote. Her one-year term began July 1.
The office hears appeals from trial courts in 25 eastern Missouri counties and St. Louis. It is the largest appellate court in the state.
Hardin-Tammons is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the St. Louis County Bar Association, the Lawyers Association of St. Louis, the Mound City Bar Association, the Women Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
