Hill elected Legend Singers board chair
Perry Hill IV, Ph.D., has been elected chair of the board of directors for The Legend Singers Choral Ensemble.
Hill is an educational leader with more than a decade of experience in public education. His leadership roles have included director of field services for the Illinois Association of School Boards, principal and assistant principal.
Founded at Sumner High School in 1940 by the late Dr. Kenneth Brown Billups, The Legend Singers Choral Ensemble celebrated its 85th anniversary on May 31.
