Jack Thomas, who directs the City’s combined process to certify minority-owned, women-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises has been named a 2005 Diversity Champion by the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers. Thomas (right) received the group’s Diversity and Advocacy Award at a breakfast ceremony last week, at Two Hearts Banquet Center in Sunset Hills.
