Jeffrey T. Joyce has been appointed finance director for the city of University City.
Joyce most recently served as chief financial officer at Paramount Bank. He previously held financial leadership positions with First Bank, CitiMortgage, CitiFinancial Services and the Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University.
