Mosley Construction Inc., and McCarthy Building have been awarded a 2005 Marvin M. Black Excellence in Partnering Award by the Associated General Contractors of American for the $50-million Lindbergh Boulevard Tunnel project west of St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Kem G. Mosley of Kirkwood founded the firm in 1979 and it is celebrating its 25th year in business.
