Clayco welcomed Sam Boynes as manager of public-private initiatives at its Chicago Business Unit. Boynes will assist in the design and launch of initiatives that accelerate minority-owned small-business growth. He will also lead on-the-ground efforts in the development and execution of economic impact programs. Boynes previously led diversity efforts for construction trades at HIRE360, managing relationships with major developers, contractors and unions. He holds a B.S. in business and human resource management from Purdue University.
