Sandra M. Moore, managing director and chief impact officer at Advantage Capital, received the Robert E. Ibanez Award for Outstanding Achievement in Community Development as part of the 2026 Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits Awards.
Moore holds a law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in urban studies from the university’s College of Arts and Sciences.
