executive committee member and founder of Armstrong Teasdale’s Financial Restructuring, Reorganization and Bankruptcy Practice, was recently recognized by The Missouri Bar with the 2005 Michael R. Roser Excellence in Bankruptcy Award. Cousins is the past chairman of the Commercial Law Section of the Missouri Bar Association and was formerly co-chair of the Bankruptcy/Commercial Law Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
