The Reinvest North County Fund awarded a total of $29,500 to 911 Hair Salon; Best Insurance/Always Love and Care; Fashions R Boutique; Freedom Customized Care; Nail Trap; New Chong Wah Inc.; Rehoboth Pharmacy; STL Feel Beauty; Velvet Freeze; and Yolo! Boutique.
The St. Louis Regional Business Council (RBC) organized the fund as an immediate business response when the civil unrest began in Ferguson. In partnership with North County Inc., the fund previously invested $130,000 to support numerous businesses and four school districts: Ferguson-Florissant School District, Normandy Schools Collaborative Riverview Gardens School District and the Jennings School District.
