The Governor’s Council on Disability has selected the award winner and honorable mention of the 22nd Annual Inclusion Awardand the inaugural Youth Leadership Award. Winners exemplify standards of excellence in enhancing life for individuals living with disabilities. The 2013 Inclusion Award winner is Deborah Baldini of UMSL. She initiatedSUCCEED,a program that allows people with disabilities the opportunity to develop post-secondary skills. The Honorable Mention goes to Jeff and Andrea Cunningham, who built Melaina’s Magical Playland for disabled children.
