Jennifer Stanford of Herbert Hoover Boys’ & Girls’ Club is the first recipient of the Joan Ellyn Silber Award for Volunteerism and Leadership, a Boys & Girls’ Clubs of St. Louis endowment gift provides an award to a deserving young woman who demonstrates outstanding volunteerism and leadership.
Jennifer will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
