Yes, that is Alderwoman Kacie Starr Triplett on the Russ Carnahan bandwagon. She is the granddaughter of the late state Sen. John Bass, a longtime, very close political intimate of Bill Clay Sr. Carnahan, who lives in Triplett’s ward and used to employ her, is running for Clay Sr.’s old congressional seat against his son, Wm. Lacy Clay.
