The Reverend Earl E. Nance, Jr., chair emeritus of Heat-Up St. Louis, joins Carol Voss and her husband Tom Voss, chairman, president and CEO of Ameren Corporation, as first recipients of the Heat-Up St. Louis Community Leadership Founder’s award during the annual meeting of the all-volunteer, regional not-for-profit utility assistance and public education charity. The grassroots group announced at its annual meeting at the Jewel Box in Forest Park that during 2011 it received more than $1.1 million in donations.
