The UNCF will host its “Dine Out” fundraiser on Tuesday, February 28, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. The fundraiser will be held at the Applebee’s at 6734 Clayton Road in Richmond Heights (corner of Big Bend and Clayton). That evening, Applebee’s will donate 10 percent of all sales when a special flyer is presented to the server.
