LeeDoshia Hudson recently celebrated her 90th birthday on October 23 surrounded by family and friends. LeeDoshia (Snelson) Hudson was born October 23, 1915 in Lexington, Mississippi. In 1943 she moved to St. Louis where she married Robert Stanford and the union was blessed with one daughter, LaVern Stanford Brown. She later married Jake Hudson.
Hudson worked for 35 years with the Methodist Children’s Home and later went to work for the Ellsworth Children’s Home in Maplewood. She has six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and fourteen great, great grandchildren. Hudson is a member of North Park United Methodist Church.
