The Greater Leonard M.B. Church has partnered with the Washington Tabernacle M.B. Church in a collaborative effort to facilitate a two-day Medicare Part D Enrollment Friday, February 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday, February 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Representatives and volunteers from (Claim) Medicare & Insurance Counseling Program will be avaialbe to assist you with Medicare enrollment, billing and general information. For Medicare enrollment you must bring a list and/or all prescription medication and Medicare card.
