It has been very puzzling to me that I have not seen any articles in support of the Lupus Foundation in the St. Louis American, considering so many African-American women are effected by the devastating disease. Being an African American female in the St Louis community, it would be more reassuring to know that the paper I support faithfully will in return support me, too.
