Charles Knuckles was born on January 27, 1931 and passed at his home on March 27, 2006. He was Chairman and Coordinator of the scholarship committee for the Greater St. Louis Black Media Coalition. He was also responsible for student attendance and participation at their annual conference.
Knuckles was an employee of the Ford Motor Company for over 20 years before retiring two years ago. He leaves a wife, Barbara, and two children, Pashell and Torrence. He also leaves five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
