Stanley Olliver Tilghman passed away on Tuesday December 19, 2023. He was 67 years old. He resided in Florissant, MO. He was born on Tuesday December 27, 1955 in St. Louis, MO. He was the eldest son of the late John Tilghman and the late Cassandra Howard. He was the third of six children. He grew up in Wellston, MO and graduated from Mercy High School in 1974. He later worked as a letter carrier for the post office. He is survived by his youngest sister and brother, his five children, and his six grandchildren.
