A memorial service for Craig V Brown will be held on Saturday, July 14 from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at Antioch Baptist Church, 4213 W. North Market.
Craig died May 7 in Muskegon, Michigan, but spent the majority of his life in St, Louis. He was a faculty member at Forest Park Community College, an active leader in the West End Community Conference and involved in many other community and professional organizations.
Craig was a graduate of Soldan High School, MacMurray College and University of Illinois (Urbana). He was raised in Antioch Baptist Church and as an adult was affiliated with at First Unitarian Church of St. Louis.
He moved to Michigan in 1992 but maintained close ties with family and friends in St Louis. At the time of his death he was a psychology professor at Muskegon Community College and a recognized leader in the community.
