Terry Gillespie was born August 25, 1953 to R.L. and Jean Gillespie, in St. Louis. He was the oldest of two children. He was educated in the St. Louis Public School System. He eventually completed his education in Germany while serving his country.
Terry was a man with many gifts. He had the ability to fix anything, even one’s heart when broken. His sense of humor brought smiles to many faces and laughter to our hearts.
He leaves to cherish his memories his soul mate for over 30 years, Loretta Beene; two daughters, Terri Beene and Shante Gilbert; one son, Michael Beene; two sons-in-law, Koray Gilbert and Kendall Ricketts; two grandchildren; Christopher Smith and Chaun Smith; one step-daughter, Dashalle Beene; one step-son, Gilbert White; one brother, Keith Gillespie; sister-in-law Angela Phillips; one nephew, Anthony Randle; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other friends and family.
