Two black state legislators – state Rep. Rodney Hubbard and state Rep. Yaphett El-Amin – were both advertised as speakers for the Deltas’ education forum held Thursday at Harris-Stowe. Both were later spotted at the Spot, enjoying a night of boxing. But only one of them made it to the education forum on the way to the fights. Which state legislator was it?
