This week St. Louis County Councilman Hazel M. Erby announced her candidacy for a full-term to represent the First District of St. Louis County in the November 7 election. In 2004, Erby was elected to her post to complete the remaining two years then-Councilman Charlie A. Dooley, who stepped in as St. Louis County executive after the death of Buzz Westfall.
