Rapper 2 Chainz has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of a controlled drug.
The artist, real name Tauheed Epps, was arrested in June 2013 at Los Angeles International Airport, where customs discovered marijuana and codeine, which requires a prescription, in his luggage.
He was charged with felony drug possession in LA last month, but he pleaded not guilty.
On Monday (May 5), the charge was dropped and the rapper pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to an 18-month drug diversion program.
