“font-family: Verdana; line-height: 13px;”>The heart of human

problems is the heart of human. The heart is to humans what the sun

is to the earth, the means by which all life is

supported.

“font-size: 9.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Verdana;”>Can

anyone ponder the ways of life and never immerse themselves in

their creator? Despite the scientific evidence of Darwin’s theory

of evolution, God created man. That’s right, in the beginning was

the word and the word was with God and the word was God.

“font-size: 9.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Verdana;”>The

Bible, a book of basic instructions before leaving earth, is the

word of God; each word a safe deposit box of jewels. Read it and

the words will surprise and captivate your heart.

“font-size: 9.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Verdana;”>Life,

this life, filled with heartbreak, loss of hope and broken

dreams…but God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love

with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made

us alive together with Christ (Ephesians 2:4-5).  For God so loved

the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes

in Him shall not perish but have eternal life (John

3:16).

“font-size: 9.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Verdana;”>And,

if we will simply confess with our mouth, “Jesus is Lord” and

believe in our heart that God raised him from the dead, we will be

saved (Romans 10:9). Saved from the devastation of a life of

heartbreak, loss of hope, broken dreams, and most importantly,

eternal death. It is that simple! Some of the most important

decisions that we must make in this life are the simplest

decisions; nevertheless, simple does not necessarily imply that it

will be easy.

“font-size: 9.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Verdana;”>The

idea of Jesus being Lord, the Creator himself, and then having been

raised from the dead is far beyond basic human understanding, or a

human’s ability to form an idea. After all, to the natural human

eye Jesus was just a mere human like you and I, not to mention, no

humans that we know has ever died and then rise up from the dead.

As a result, the whole concept becomes difficult to perceive, or

become aware of through the senses and especially through

sight.

“font-size: 9.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Verdana;”>However,

being able to confirm things through our senses is only a fraction

of the process of believing. The truth is, the biggest portion of

the process of believing is faith. Faith is the evidence of things

not seen, of things that we cannot confirm through our senses. We

must have faith in order to believe, and to believe means we adhere

to, trust in, and rely upon the truth.

“font-size: 9.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Verdana;”>And

since only God’s word (the Bible) can tell us what truth is, no one

can ponder the ways of life without immersing themselves in their

creator (the Bible). Believe or dismiss it, embrace or reject it,

any serious consideration to life here on earth must include it.

The reason why the heart of human problems is the heart of human is

because it is our very own hearts that deceive us and make simple

things complicated and things that are easy difficult to

do.
