Men’s Basketball: The Tigers will host the Kansas Jayhawks on Saturday afternoon to close out the regular season at the Mizzou Arena. Tip-off time is 1:05 p.m. The game will be televised on KMOV-TV.
Women’s Basketball: The Tigers will compete in the Big XII Conference Tournament in Kansas City this weekend.
*Saint Louis University
Men’s Basketball: The Billikens will visit Marquette on Sunday at noon in the regular season finale. SLU will then compete in the Conference USA Tournament in Memphis, beginning on Wednesday, March 9.
*University of Illinois
Men’s Basketball: The No. 1-ranked Fighting Illini will visit Ohio State on Sunday at 11:05 a.m. in the regular season finale. The game will be televised on KMOV-TV.
*MSHSAA State Basketball Playoffs
The Missouri Class 5 state quarterfinals will be held on Saturday at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. The girls games will be held at 1:30 and 6:15 p.m. The boys games will be held at 3:15 and 8 p.m.
The Class 4 state quarterfinals will be held at Hazelwood Central with the girls game at 1 p.m. and the boys game at 2:45 p.m.
*IHSA State Basketball Playoffs
Edwardsville High will be competing in the Elite Eight of the IHSA Girls Class AA State Tournament in Normal, Ill. The Tigers will face Bartlett on Friday in the state quarterfinals at 8:30 p.m..
The IHSA Boys Class AA Supersectionals will be held on Tuesday, March 15 at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Tip-off is at 7:30 p.m.
