*University of Missouri

Men’s Basketball: The Tigers will visit Texas on Saturday afternoon at noon. The game will be televised on KDNL-TV. Mizzou will visit Iowa State on Wednesday, March 2 at 7 p.m. The game will be televised on Fox Sports-Midwest. Both are Big XII Conference games.

Women’s Basketball: The Tigers will visit Nebraska on Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. Mizzou will then host nationally-ranked Kansas State on Wednesday, March 2 at 7 p.m. Both are Big XII games.

*Saint Louis University

Men’s Basketball: The Billikens will visit DePaul on Saturday at noon. SLU will then host Memphis in the regular season finale on Wednesday, March 2 at the Savvis Center, beginning at 7:05 p.m. Both are Conference USA games.

Women’s Basketball: The Billikens will host Memphis on Friday night in their regular season finale at the Bauman-Eberhardt Center. Tip-off is at 7 p.m.

*University of Illinois

Men’s Basketball: The No. 1 ranked Fighting Illini will be idle next week.

*Southern Illinois University

Men’s Basketball: The Salukis will host Wichita State on Saturday at 1 p.m. in Carbondale. SIUC will close the regular season on Monday night at Indiana State at 6 p.m.

*Missouri Sectional Basketball

The Missouri Class 5 Sectional Basketball playoffs will be held on Wednesday, March 2 at Florissant Valley C.C.; Meramec C.C., Northwest of House Springs, St. Francis Borgia and Farmington. The girls’ sectionals games will be played at 6:30 p.m. with the boys to follow at 8:15 p.m.

The Class 4 Sectional playoffs will be held at Hillsboro and Parkway West. The girls’ game begin at 6:30 p.m. with the boys games to follow at 8:15 p.m.

*Boxing

Thurs., Feb. 24: Ozark Boxing and St. Louis Amateur Boxing are hosting an amateur card, Two Hearts Banquet Center, South Lindbergh at Gravois, 7:30. The show will help raise money for a trip to the national championships.
