Jeff Fisher will become the next coach of the St. Louis Rams. The Rams team confirmed the reports after ESPN’s SportsCenter intially broke the story via Twitter:

The former Tennessee Titans coach had met with the Rams and the Miami Dolphins and was considering offers from both teams.
Fans and media in both cities began to grow impatient after reports that Fisher would make a decision midweek, but today’s decision finalizes Fisher’s situation and allows the Dolphins brass to move on in its search.
