Google’s app store for its Android devices, known as Android Market, is getting a new identity.
According to TheVerge.com, the online search giant is replacing the market with Google Play.
Google Play combines the former market, Google Books, Google Music and its video library into one umbrella. As with its latest Android operating system 4.0 aka Ice Cream Sandwich, the company continues to work to streamline its services and interfaces for all never devices.
All Android devices with version 2.2 or higher should receive the update in the near future.
