Northeast Ambulance and Fire Protection District attorney Anthony Gray reports to district board member Bridget Quinilisk Dailey at the board meeting Tuesday night. Quinilisk Dailey is reviewing district finances and has asked Fire Chief Angelia Elgin for a sweeping range of documents that also was requested by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
